The Alabama State Port Authority has awarded the Pinto Terminal Maintenance Building to TerMac Construction, Inc. The project was designed by Shaw Group - Mobile and is located on the southern end of Pinto Island.
Richard McElroy will be project managing with a project superintendent to be named at a later date.

TerMac Construction was awarded the Brewton Shopping Center project located at Hwy 31 and Old Castleberry Road. The Spectra Group from Memphis, TN is the owner and is represented by the architect the Duplantis Design Group, LLC from Thibodaux, LA.

 The Saint Paul's Episcopal Church Multipurpose Building in on schedule and will be completed before the Thanksgiving holidays.
Adam Weaver, assistant project manager, states that the project is a few weeks ahead of schedule and will be ready for the church's annual Thanksgiving gathering.
The 24,000 square foot multipurpose building will serve as athletic, as well as, a congregational gathering area for the St Paul's Episcopal Church located at 28788 North Main Street in Daphne, AL.
